Apple Rabadi - Ingredients:

low fat milk 3 cups 
apple, grated 1 cup 
nutmeg (jaiphal) powder a pinch 
cardamom (elaichi) powder 1/4 tsp
sugar substitute 2 sachets 
Apple Rabadi - Directions:
  1. Bring the milk to boil in a heavy bottomed pan and simmer it for 10 to 12 minutes.

  2. Add the grated apple, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder and simmer for another

  3. 5 to 7 minutes.

  4. Cool completely. Add the sugar substitute, mix well and put to chill.

  5. Serve chilled.
