Boondhi Raita(salad) - Ingredients:

Yogurt 2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper (ground) a  few to taste  (optional)

Bhoondi:
Besan powder ¼ cup
Water 2 cup.
Ghee /Oil for frying



Boondhi Raita(salad) - Directions:
  1. Make a pouring paste of the besan and water.

  2. Heat ghee/oil and drop paste into it through a slotted spoon to get little

  3. drops that fall one at a time (these are boondhi).

  4. Remove the drops when golden brown and dry on a paper towel to

  5. remove extra oil.

  6. Soak the drops in warm water.

  7. Add salt, pepper to yogurt.

  8. Squeeze water out of boondhi and add to yogurt.
