Bread Pulao - Ingredients:

INGREDIENTS :- 
 
Bread slices . 12 pieces  
Chopped tomato . 1 medium  
Chopped onion . 2 medium  
Chopped boiled potato . 2 medium  
Ginger chopped . 2 tsp  
Coriander powder . 1 tsp  
Cumin seeds . 1 tsp 
Oil . 2 tsp  
Boiled peas .  cup  
Chopped green chilly/chilly powder . 1 
tsp  
Turmeric powder .  tsp  
Tomato ketchup . 1 tsp  
Salt to taste  
Coriander leaves to garnish 
 
Bread Pulao - Directions:
  1. METHOD :-

  2. Cut the bread slices into medium sized square cubes.

  3. Heat oil in a pan.

  4. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

  5. Add onion and let them saut till light brown.

  6. Add ginger, chilly, tomato and saut for a minute.

  7. Now add all the other vegetables and saut for another 2 . 3 minutes.

  8. Add tomato ketchup and the rest of the spices and saut for a few minutes till the oil gets

  9. separated.

  10. Add the bread slices and mix properly.

  11. Serve hot in a serving plate.

  12. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
