Burfi - Ingredients:

khoya 2 cups  
powdered sugar 1 cup 
cardamom powder 2/3 tsp 
Burfi - Directions:
  1. Mix khoya and sugar and cook on a slow flame till the mixture is semi-solid.

  2. Remove from the stovetop. When cool to the touch, add the cardamom powder and mix well.

  3. Now spread the mixture evenly on a greased metal tray.

  4. Top it off with coarsely chopped pistas .
