Cheese Omelette - Ingredients:

eggs 2 
onion (chopped) 1 
milk 2 tbsp 
butter 1 tbsp 
tomato (chopped) 1 
green chillies (chopped) 2 
green coriander (dhania) (chopped) 2 tbsp 
cheese (grated) 2 tbsp 
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Cheese Omelette - Directions:

Mix egg and chopped vegetables in a bowl. Beat with a beater, till fluffy.
Heat butter in a flat tava.
Pour in beaten egg and vegetables salt pepper into the dish and fry it on both side
Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and mak it melts.
Serve hot .
