Chicken Jaipuri - Ingredients:

large onion chopped  1 
garlic 5 cloves 
chili powder 1 tsp. 	
ginger chopped 50 gms
turmeric 1/2 tsp. 
fennel 1/2 tsp. 
cumin  1 tsp. 
salt to taste
chicken 1 kg
cream 1/2 cup
chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup. 
salt to taste.
small tomatoes chopped 2 
oil 3 Tbsp. 
garam masala 1/2 tsp. 
 
Chicken Jaipuri - Directions:
  1. Grind onion, ginger, garlic, fennel, chili, turmeric, cumin,

  2. salt to a thick masala-paste in a blender .

  3. Cut the chicken into small pieces and soak in half the masala-paste for a half-hour.

  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-heat, add garam-masala and stir twice, add remaining half of the masala-mix and fry for a few minutes. Add the soaked chicken pieces

  5. and toss for a few minutes until the chicken changes color. Cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is done.

  6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped coriander, cream,bring to a boil and serve.
