Chicken Pakoda - Ingredients:

boneless chicken 1 kg
red pepper 1 tsp
masala powder 2 tsp
gram flour 5 tbsp
salt to taste
chopped green onions 5 tbsp
oil 2 tsp 
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying. 
Chicken Pakoda - Directions:
  1. Trim the fat and cut chicken into 1/2 by 1 inch strips.

  2. Mix all the ingredients with the chicken except gram flour and marinate for 15 minutes. Combine gram flour befor frying.

  3. Heat 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil in a skillet on a medium high heat.

  4. Stir fry chicken in small batches until golden brown.

  5. Add oil if necessary.
