Chili Roti - Ingredients:

Urad Dal  skinned  1 cup
Idly Rawa   2 1/2 cups
Green Chiles finely chopped 5 
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Chili Roti - Directions:
  1. Soak urad dal in water for 3 hours.

  2. Grind the urad dal into smooth paste adding required amount of water.

  3. Soak rawa in water for 1 hour and squeeze the excess water out of it and keep aside.

  4. Mix together urad dal paste, soaked idly rawa and salt thoroughly.

  5. Lightly mash chopped green chiles, cumin seeds and salt together.

  6. Heat a flat pan.Pour a tsp of oil and spread with the spoon.

  7. Pour a cup of above urad dal rawa mixture onto the hot flat pan.

  8. Spread lightly and sprinkle the mashed chilli cumin mixture.

  9. Pour a tablespoon of oil on top and cook covered for 3-5 minutes or until the bottom turns into golden brown.

  10. pour 2 table spoon of oil on top and turn on other side and cook it.

  11. Serve hot.
