Chilli Bhaji. - Ingredients:

Big light green chillies. ½ kg
Omam 10 gms.
Bengal gram flour 1 cup.
Oil 1 ½ cup.
Soda a pinch.


Chilli Bhaji. - Directions:
  1. Wash and slit chillies .

  2. Remove the seeds and apply salt and omam inside the chillies.

  3. Add salt ,soda and water to Bengal gram flour and make a thick batter.

  4. Dip chillies in batter and deep fry till golden brown colour.

  5. Serve hot.
