Cornflakes 400 gms
roasted or fried pea nuts 1 cup
roasted chana dal 1 cup
thin slices of dry coconut cup
jeera seeds 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
green chilies 10
curry leaves 10-15
fried kaju 3 tsp
sugar 2 tsp
oil or ghee cup
salt to taste
Cornflakes Chivda - Directions:
Take a little quantity of oil and fry peanuts, phutane, kaju and keep aside.
Heat the oil in heavy pan. Add rai, jeera, curry leaves, green chilies, garlic paste, turmeric powder.
Now add all fried nuts and mix well.
Add salt and sugar.
Immediately add all cornflakes and mix well.
Cool and store it.
