fresh curry leaves 2 cups
garlic 2 flake
green chillies 2-3
tamarind juice 1 tbsp.
salt to taste
oil 1 tbsp
white urad dal 1/2 tsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry Patta Chutney - Directions:
Grind curry leaves, green chillies and garlic to fine paste.
Add very little water while grinding.
Heat 1 tsp oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal when they splutter, add the tempering tho the prepared chutney.
Add tamarand juice and salt to taste.
Mix well. serve with rasam and rice.
