Dosa Podi - Ingredients:

Urad daal 1 cup
Dry red chilli 7-9
Asafoetida   tsp
Curry leaves A few
Oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Dosa Podi - Directions:
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and roast all the ingredients until golden brown.

  2. Cool it and powder it in a mixie.

  3. Store in air tight container for future use.
