Dry lamb curry - Ingredients:

Lamb legs cut to pieces 1/2 kg
Yoghurt 1/4 cup.
Salt to taste.
Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
Ghee 1/4 tsp.
Onion chopped 1/2 cup.
Garam masala 2 tsp.
Garlic ginger paste 4 tsp.
Coriander powder 4 tsp.
Cumin seed 4 tsp.
Red chilli powder 2 tsp.
Tomatoes chopped 2 
Dry lamb curry - Directions:
  1. mix lamb with yoghurt salt and turmeric powder and keep aside for 30 mins.

  2. Heat ghee in a kadai.Add onion and garam masala.Cook for 10 mins.

  3. Add lamb and cook for another 10 mins.

  4. Add remaining ingedients except garam masala and cover and simmer till lamb is tender.

  5. Serve hot with garam masala sprinkled on top.
