Raw mango 1 kg
Red chilly power 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger 2" piece
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Gingerly oil 2 cups
Curry leaves a few
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Dry Mango Pickle - Directions:
Peel the mangoes and chop in to long pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add red chilly powder, salt, fenugreek powder and hing.
Remove from fire. Add the mango pieces and mix well.
Store in an airtight container.
