Hard Boiled eggs 3 to 4
Grated Coconut - 3/4 cup
Coriander pdr 1 to 2 tsp
Turmuric pdr 1/2 tsp.
Egg Aviyal - Directions:
Groud the coconut with coriander ,turmuric powder and water to a fine paste. Quarter each egg, and cook them in the coconut mixture until the curry thickens. (Do not forget to add salt.) Add in curry leaves and a little coconut oil once the avial is done.
