Egg Burfi - Ingredients:

Egg 2
Ghee/Unsalted Butter 1/3 Cup
Powdered Sugar 1/2 Cup
Green Cardomon 2-3 pods crushed for flavour
Dry Fruits for decoration.
Egg Burfi - Directions:
  1. In a deep bowl beet the eggs smoothly and keep aside.

  2. In another bowl mix the Ghee/Butter and Sugar for 2 minutes.

  3. In a nonstick flat pan mix all the batter and keep stiring on medium-high flame.

  4. When the batter becomes thick and golden brown, its starts leaving ghee on sides.

  5. Unflame it and place on the greased plate and leave to set for 10 min.

  6. Cut in various style and shapes.

  7. Dust the crushed cardomon and decorate with dry fruits and serve.
