Egg Butter Masala - Ingredients:

Boiled Egg 4 
big Onions # 2 
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Red Chili powder 1 tsp 
Chopped Tomatoes 2
Cashewnut paste 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
Tomato puree 2 tbsp 
Butter 4 tbsp 
Salt to taste
Egg Butter Masala - Directions:
  1. Heat a tbsp of butter in a pan and fry onions until golden brown .

  2. Add ginger garlic paste to the onions and fry them for a minute.

  3. Add all powdered masalas and mix well.

  4. Add chopped tomatoes and puree to it. Mix it thoroughly till it forms gravy .

  5. Cook in low heat for a minute.

  6. Add cashewnut paste and salt and mix well.

  7. Finally add the boiled eggs and mix it thoroughly. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.

  8. Stir it occasionally while cooking.

  9. Add the remaining butter and immediately remove from fire.

  10. Serve with Chapathi or roti.
