Egg Kababs - Ingredients:

eggs-hard-boiled 4
besan  2 tsp 
onion finely chopped 1
egg (white only) 1
mint leaves, finely chopped 1 tbsp
coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 tbsp
green chillis, finely chopped 2
chilli powder 1/4 tsp 
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Egg Kababs - Directions:
  1. Grate the hard boiled eggs finely. Combine with all other ingredients except oil.

  2. Mix well and knead into smooth dough.

  3. Divide mixture into flat round cutlets and keep aside.

  4. Heat oil in kadai and fry kababs, untill crisp and golden brown.

  5. Garnish with onion rings
