Egg Manchurian - Ingredients:

eggs hard boiled 6
onions 3 
green chillies 6 
corn flour 1 tbsp
vinegar 1 tbsp
soya sauce 2 tbsp 
sugar ¼ tbsp
oil for frying 
salt to taste.
Egg Manchurian - Directions:
  1. Slice the onions length wise into nice thick pieces. Slit the green chillies into half and keep it aside.

  2. Take a small bowl and add the corn flour. Add very little water and make a smooth paste. Now take a frying pan and heat three tablespoons oil. When the oil is very hot add the onions and sauté till golden brown.

  3. Now add the corn flour paste, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt to taste and mix it all well. Now sauté till an aroma begins to rise.

  4. Now cut the eggs into halves length wise and add it to the paste. Add the green chillies too and bring to boil.

  5. Simmer and cook for two minutes. Remove from heat and serve
