Tomatoes 3
Big onion chopped 1
Mint leaves 1 cup
Green chillies 4 slit
Chilly powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1tbsp
Fennel Seeds a little.
Egg Tomato Kurma - Directions:
Hard Boil the eggs and peel and cut into two halves.
Put tomatoes in the hot water and peel off the skin and extract the juice.
Heat oil in a pan, add Fennel Seeds, chopped onions ,green chillies and saut for five minutes.
Then add chilly powder, turmeric powder , tomato juice and mint leaves.
After some time add eggs amd remove from fire after a few minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
