Egg Vermicelli - Ingredients:

boiled eggs  2 
vermicelli 500 gms
onions, chopped 3 
mustard seeds 1 tsp
bengal gram 40 gms 
curry leaves a few
ghee or butter 4 tbsp 
Egg Vermicelli - Directions:
  1. Heat ghee in a pan, roast the vermicelli until golden color and keep aside.

  2. In the remaining ghee, add mustard seeds, bengal gram, curry leaves, salt, ground powder and fry for few minutes.

  3. Add 1 cup of water, vermicelli and cook until the vermicelli is tender.

  4. Cut the eggs into four pieces and add to the vermicelli mixture.

  5. Mix well and serve
