Coriander Leaves. A few
Oil 4 tsp
Turmeric Powder tsp
Lemons Juice 1
Salt to taste
Fish Puttu - Directions:
Boil fish with salt and turmeric powder with water and keep it ready.
Boil, peel and mash the potatoes and keep ready.
Heat a little oil in a pan, add curry leaves, then onion, ginger and green chilies.
Cook till done and add the mashed potatoes.
Mix well and add the fish and lemon juice and allow it to cook. Add fresh coriander leaves.
