Green Kurma - Ingredients:

Carrot  2 nos
Beans  10 strings
Potato  1 
Cauliflower florets 1/2 cup
Peas  1/2 cup
Onion  1
Jeera  1 tsp 
Green Chillies 2
Corriander Leaves a few 
Poppy Seeds  1 tbsp
Cloves  4 nos
Cinnamon   1" stick
Coconut   1/2 cup
Ginger  1" thick piece
Garlic  5 pods
Fennel Seeds   1/2 tbsp
Tamrind extract   2 tbsp 
Green Kurma - Directions:
  1. Cut Vegetables to cubes and cook upto 75% with little salt.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and then finely chopped Onions to golden brown.

  3. Add the ground paste and saute well until oil extracts from sides.

  4. Add boiled veggies and half a cup of water and allow masala to gel with veggies.

  5. Add salt to taste and garnish with butter on top.
