Lamb Pickle - Ingredients:

Lamb chops ,on 2 bones 8 pieces.
Raw papaya  a small piece.
Garlic Ginger paste 4 tsp
Gram flour 2 tsp.
Salt to taste.
Cardamom 1 tsp.
Pepper powder 1 tsp.
Cloves 1 tsp.
Mustard oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp.
Onion seeds 1 tsp.
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp.
Curd ¼ cup.
Chaat masala 1 tsp.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
Lamb Pickle - Directions:
  1. Flattern the chops with steak hammer.

  2. Rub the chops with papaya ginger garlic paste and salt keep aside.

  3. Roast gram flour in a pan till light brown and sprinkle over lamb chops.

  4. Add remaining ingredients except chaat masala and lemon juiceto yoghurt and mix well to fine batter.

  5. Marianatethe chops in marinade for 2 hours

  6. Skewer the chops and roast in a hot tandoor until cooked.

  7. Remove chops from skewer. Sprinkle with chaat masala and lemon juice and serve.
