Manga(Mango) pachadi - Ingredients:

Mango(neither too sour nor too ripe) cut to small pieces
without peeling. 1
Water 1 1/2 cup
Salt to taste.
Turmeric(haldi)powder a pinch
Jaggery 3 tbsp
Rice flour,dissolved in water 1 1/2 tbsp.
Mustard seed 1/4 tbsp.
Dried neam flower,optional 50 gms
Green chili slit whole.
Manga(Mango) pachadi - Directions:
  1. Boil water in apan;add mango,salt and turmeric powder.When mango is cooked add jaggery and cook for another minute.Add the rice flour paste.

  2. Heat the oil in apan;Saute the mustard seeds until they start crackling.Add neam flower and green chilli.Remove and add to mango mixture.
