Mango Rice - Ingredients:

Rice 2 cups.
Dessicated coconut 1 cup
Peeled Green Mango chopped  cup.
Dried Chillies 6
Mustard  tsp.
Salt to taste.
Asafoetida a small piece.
Turmeric powder(haldi)1/2 tsp.
Curry leaves a few.
Dal 1 tsp.
Black gram 1 tsp.
Ghee  cup.

Mango Rice - Directions:
  1. Soak dal and black gram for some time .Boil the rice strain and spread on a tray.

  2. Grind mango together with mustard ,asafetida,turmeric,and four chillies and salt.

  3. Add them to boiled rice and mix.

  4. In a pan fry dal and black gram with ghee.

  5. Then add the remaining 2 chillies.Finally add the curry leaves. Put into rice and mix

  6. Serve hot.
