Mango Thokku - Ingredients:

Raw Mango  2
small piece Asafoetida chunk, fried and ground 
Chilli Powder  6 tsp
Methi seeds 2 tsp
Turmeric  1 tsp
Oil  1/2 cup 
Mustard seeds for seasoning 
Mango Thokku - Directions:
  1. Peel the mango skin. Grate the Mango whole, finely. Pressure cook the grated Mango with little Water.

  2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add mustard seeds and then add the cooked Mango. Add salt and let it boil for 5 minutes.

  3. Add the turmeric powder and asafoetida powder and let it boil for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the Chilli powder and let it boil until the mixture starts oozing out oil.
