Methi Ki Puri - Ingredients:

Wheat Flour 4 cup 
Methi Leaves 300 gm 
1 piece Ginger 1
Green Chilies 4 
Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp 
Garlic 8 -10 pods 
Oil for frying 
Salt to taste
Methi Ki Puri - Directions:
  1. Prepare paste of methi, chilies, garlic, ginger and cumin seeds in a mixer.

  2. Knead the whole wheat flour with the above paste. Add salt and 4 tablespoon oil while kneading the dough.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan for frying.

  4. Make small balls out of the dough and roll them to make puris. Fry these puris one by one.

  5. Serve hot with pickle .
