Palak leaves 1 bunch
Ginger 1/2 inch
Green Chillies chopped 4
Coriander Leaves A small bunch
Tamarind lemon sized
Jeera 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Flour 2 cup
Palak Roti - Directions:
Boil palak in hot water for 2 mins and put them under cold running water.
Grind all the above ingredients to as fine paste.
Mix this mixture with the flour and make a malleable dough. Roll out the rotis and apply ghee on both sides.
Serve hot.
