Palal Paneer - Ingredients:

Palak 4 bunch
Paneer 16 small pieces
Oil 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Dhania Powder 1  tsp
Turmeric Powder   tsp
Salt to taste
Grind to Paste
Onion 1
Ginger 1 inch
Tomatoes 4
Coriander Leaves 1/2 bunch
Curry Leaves few
Coconut 2 tbsp
Poppy Seeds 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds   tsp
Cardamon 3
Cloves 3
Cinnamon 1 inch
Palal Paneer - Directions:
  1. Cut palak finely.

  2. Heat oil in kadai ,Fry the palak for a minutes,add ,little water and cook till soft.

  3. Grind the ginger ,onion,tomatoes etc into paste.Add little water in needed to grind the masala paste.

  4. Heat oil ina pan,shallow fry the ground masala and chilli powder ,dhania powder & turmeric powderin medium flame,till the raw smell is off.

  5. Add little water and fried paneer a cubes.

  6. Cover and keep in a low flame for about 5 minutes,stir in between.

  7. Squeeze some lemon on top,if needed.

  8. Serve hot.
