Paneer Burji - Ingredients:

crumbled paneer 400 gm 
chopped garlic  4 tsp 
chopped ginger  1 tbsp 
chopped green chillies  2
cumin seeds  1 tsp 
sliced onions 2 
turmeric powder 1/2  tsp 
chilli powder  1/2 tsp 
tomatoes chpped 2 
diced capsicum 1 
chopped coriander 1 tbsp 
chat masala 1/2 tsp 
salt  to taste.
oil 2 tbsp 
Paneer Burji - Directions:
  1. Heat oil in large pan. Add the cumin, and then ginger, garlic and chillies.

  2. Stir-fry till a little coloured and add onions. Cook onions until soft, stir in turmeric, salt and chilli powder over a fast flame.

  3. Add tomatoes and allow juices to evaporate. Lower heat, add paneer, capsicum and coriander and heat through.

  4. Sprinkle with chaat masala before serving.
