Pathiri - Ingredients:

Rice flour 2 cup
Cumin(jeera ) powder  tsp.
Red chilli powder to taste.
Salt to taste
Ghee 2 tbsp

Pathiri - Directions:
  1. Roast rice flour cumin ,and red chilli powder for 5-6 mins.

  2. Add salt and little water and knead into a soft dough.

  3. Divide the dough to small balls and roll it like chappathi.

  4. Place it in a pan for fring.Apply ghee on both side and fry it until it becomes brown on both sides.
