pocket rolls - Ingredients:

for filling-

100 gms paneer
4-5 potatoes-boiled
50 gms sprouts
1 tbl spoon corriander chopped
1tsp chat masala
salt-as per taste
2 chillies

for dough-

wheat flour
corn flour

pocket rolls - Directions:
  1. 1.take boiled potatoes peel and mash

  2. 2.add add ingridients to the mashed potatoes and mix

  3. 3.make a nice dough of all the flours

  4. 4.make a round chappati and add the prepared filling pocket them up-joint them like a roll

  5. 5.deep fry till brownish

  6. 6.serve hot with little cheese.
