Potato Gulab Jamun - Ingredients:

Potato 2
Ghee 1 tbsp
Rava 1 tbsp
Maida 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Soda a pinch
For Sugar syrup 2 1/2 cup
Potato Gulab Jamun - Directions:
  1. Boil potato skin and mash.

  2. Seive rava and maida.

  3. Mix sugar, ghee, soda and a pinch of salt and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.

  4. Mix potato, maida and rava together.

  5. Knead with little milk.

  6. Roll into balls and fry in little ghee until golden brown colour.

  7. Make sugar syrup with 2 cups of water and little cardamom powder.

  8. Put the fried balls in the sugar syrup

  9. Serve after syrup has soaked into balls.
