Prawn Masala Fry - Ingredients:

Prawns	500 gms (1/2 kg)
Chillie powder	50 gms
Turmeric powder 10 gms
Coriander powde 50 gms
Rice flour 50 gms
Ginger and garlic paste 50 gms
Salt	 	 
Coconut oil for frying
Prawn Masala Fry - Directions:
  1. Clean the prawns and dry it.

  2. Make a paste with all the above mentioned ingredients except oil.

  3. Marinate the prawns with the paste for half an hour.

  4. Then deep fry the prawns in the coconut oil.
