Tamarind orange sized,Soaked in 3 cups of hot water
Gingerlly oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tbsp.
Salt to taste.
Turmeric(haldi) powder 1/4 tbsp.
Jaggery 2 tbsp.
Tempering for rice.
