Pumpkin Puri - Ingredients:

Pumkin 2 cup 
Jaggery 3/4 cup 
Wheat flour 3 cup 
Salt to taste
Pumpkin Puri - Directions:
  1. Remove the cover from the pumpkin, and grate it

  2. Heat couple of spoon of oil and add grated pumpkin to it

  3. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes

  4. Take it off from stove and add the grated jaggery to it

  5. When the mixture cools down add salt to taste to this and mix well

  6. Add the wheat flour to it to form stiff dough for the puris

  7. Roll the puris and fry in oil
