Bombay rava (Semolina/sooji) 1 cup
Rice flour 1 cup
All purpose flour/Maida 1/2 cup
Green chillies chopped very finely 2
few sprigs curry leaves chopped finely
cilantro chopped finely
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Rava Dosa - Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients 1-7 with water . Make sure there are no lumps at all in the dosa batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or tava and then sprinkles dosa batter on the Tava.
Fry it on both side till golden brown.
