Rice Kheer - Ingredients:

Basmathi Rice  1/2 cup
Milk  4 cups
Sugar 3/4 to 1 cup 
Dry grapes  10 nos
Cashew nuts  10 nos
Cardomom  4 to 5 powdered
Almonds  3 to 4
Rice Kheer - Directions:
  1. Cook Rice in a microwave and kept it aside.

  2. Now heat a pan add milk to it.

  3. Before it starts to boil add cooked rice to it and keep stiring it.

  4. Add cardomom to the milk.

  5. Keep stirring it till it becomes thick in simmer.

  6. Heat another pan , add ghee in it and fry the cashew nuts ,almonds and drygrapes.

  7. Now add the fried nuts to the kheer. and keep it aside.
