Salmon Fish Fry - Ingredients:

Salmon Fish  500 gms
Aniseeds  2 tsp
Onion  1 small size
Tomato  1 big size
Chilli powder1 tsp
Tumeric  1 tsp
Coriander powder  2 tsp
Garlic  5-6 Clovettes
Salt to taste.
Salmon Fish Fry - Directions:
  1. Grind the onion,garlic and aniseeds .

  2. Now add tumeric, chilli powder and coriander powder to the grinded mixture.

  3. Squeeze the tomato and mix it with the above mixture and make a thick paste . Use the tomato outer skin also for making this mixture.

  4. Spread this mixture on the cleaned fish pieces on both its sides and keep it aside for any hour.

  5. Heat the frying pan ,add oil and fry the fish pices one and after another.
