Sambaram - Ingredients:

Thick  Curd  1 cup
Salt to taste
Green chilli   5 no.
Chopped ginger  1 tsp
Curry leaves  a few
Lemon leaves  2 no.
Water   3 cups

Sambaram - Directions:
  1. Blend curd with water and salt thoroughly.

  2. Pour this in one glass container.

  3. Mash other ingredients and add this to the butter milk. Serve it chilled.
