Sambaria - Ingredients:

Small brinjals 4
Channa flour 2 tbsp.
Ground oil 3 tbsp.
Chilli powder  tsp.
Asafoetida a pinch.
Garlic 3 pods.
Mustard  tsp
Jeera  tsp.
Methi seed  tsp.
Sugar  tsp.
Juice of 1 lime.

Sambaria - Directions:
  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil.Add flour and stir for a minute until the raw smell is removed.

  2. Add all other ingredients.

  3. Mix well and remove from fire.

  4. Brinjals should be cut to four without separating them.

  5. Fill the brinjals with spiced flour.

  6. Heat the remaining oil and put jeera,mustard and methi seeds.

  7. When the cracking has subsided put brinjals and keep it on low fire till it is cooked well.
