Sheema Chakka(Bread Fruit) Kootu Curry - Ingredients:

Sheema Chakka cubed - 1
Big onion diced -2
Salt to taste
First milk from coconut 1/2 cup
Second milk from coconut 1 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder  a pinch

For Masala:

Saunf - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Coconut grated - 1 cup

Red Chilli powder 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder 3/4 tsp

For seasoning 

Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seed 1 tsp
Curry Leaves a few
Dried red Chillies 2
Sheema Chakka(Bread Fruit) Kootu Curry - Directions:
  1. Boil Sheema chakka cubes with Onion , turmeric , salt in Second milk of coconut.

  2. Dry fry grated coconut for 2 minutes. To this add pepper and saunf and fry it.

  3. Add chilli powder and coriander powder to it and remove from heat.

  4. Grind to fine paste.

  5. Mix the masala with the cooked Sheema Chakka.

  6. Add the first coconut milk and boil for a minute.

  7. Season mustard in oil with curry leaves and red chillies.

  8. Add this to curry.

  9. Serve hot with Rice or chapathi.
