Red Cheera(Spinach) Chopped finely 1 cup
Coconut grated 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Oil i tsp
Mustard Seed 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves a few
Tamarind size of gooseberry
salt to taste
Spinach Coconut Curry - Directions:
1. Cook cheera by adding half cup of water and add salt.
2. Grind cocunut to fine paste by adding chilly powder .
3. Add grind coconut to cooked cheera.
4. Simmer it in low flame.
5. Add tamarind paste.
6. Season mustard in oil and then add curry leaves.
7. Add this to cooked cheera .
8. Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
