Stuffed Okra - Ingredients: 

Red chili powder 1 tsp
Mango powder  1 tbsp
Ginger paste  1 tsp
Salt to taste
Okra (ladies finger)  1 kg
Oil 5 tbsp
Stuffed Okra - Directions:
  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients together and set aside.

  2. Wash and dry the okra on paper towels.

  3. Cut the stem and split the okras into two length wise.

  4. Stuff the okras with the spice mixture and keep it aside for 20 minutes.

  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the stuffed okras for about 5 minutes or until fried.
