Table rice 2 cup.
Tomato juice 2 cup.
Coconut milk. 2 cup.
Ghee cup
Cardamom 5
Cinnamon 3
Cloves 4
Cashewnuts 10.
Green chillies 7
Onion big 2.
Curry leaves a few.
Salt to taste.
Tomato Rice - Directions:
Cut the onion to small pieces and split the green chillies.
Heat ghee ,add cinnamon,cardamom,cashewnuts and cloves.When fried add onions, green chillies ,and curry leaves and fry till golden brown.
Add tomato juice,coconut milk and salt to taste.
When the mixture begins to boil add cleaned rice.
Keep on low heat until the rice is cooked.
