Vegetable Noodles - Ingredients:

Noodles 500 gms 
Onion cut into long  pieces 1  
Beans, Peas, Carrot,Capsicum - each 200 gms cut thinly 
lengthwise 1 inch long.
Soy Sauce  300 gms
Ginger  cut into small pieces   200 gms
Garlic cut into small pieces  300gms(optional)
Coriander leaves a few
Pepper & salt to taste
Tomato sauce
Vegetable Noodles - Directions:
  1. Boil the Noodles when it is cooked well keep it a side, and let the water to drain Spinkle oil on it so that it wont stick.

  2. Heat a little oil in a pan.

  3. Saute onions, carrots, peas, beans,capsicum ,ginger and garlic.

  4. Add the soy sauce & tomato sauce and the pepper to it.

  5. After the soy sauce starts to boil add the cooked Noodles and mix it well.

  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.

  7. Serve hot.
