Vegetable Omelette - Ingredients:

eggs 2 
salt to taste
chopped onion 1 tbsp 
chopped tomato 1 tbsp 
chopped potato 1 tbsp 
chopped capsicum 1 tbsp 
small green chilly 1 
jeera 1 pinch
butter 1 spoon 
Vegetable Omelette - Directions:
  1. Beat the eggs thoroughly for 5 mts. Add salt.

  2. In a preheated pan add a spoonful butter. Add jeera roast till brown & spread

  3. the jeera all over the pan.

  4. Add the beaten eggs. When half-cooked add the vegetables and chilly.

  5. Sprinkle red chilly powder and garam masala.

  6. Turn the Omelette and simmer from the other side for 2-3 mts. Serve hot with

  7. bread.

  8. You can add vegetables of your choice. A small spoon of grated cheese would

  9. add to the taste.
